You can easily book your stay with a 50% deposit.

The deposit is refundable if canceled up to 14 days before the stay.
After that, the deposit is forfeited.

The cottage is not intended for parties or social events. For reservations made for such purposes, the deposit is non-refundable.

Quiet hours are in effect from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM.

Smoking is not permitted inside the cottage.

Refundable security deposit: €300 per stay.
